Delivery Schedule

For order place before 2pm, we will process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of it being received, Monday to Friday. If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you as to how long it will take.

On-site purchase

Customer who has an appointment with us, or students of the ICHH college can purchase the products on the spot. The shop is usually open before and after class hour.

Returns Policy

All item(s) sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if we have made an error with your order or the order is damaged on receipt. We shall arrange for the return of incorrect item(s) and will send the correct item(s). On receipt of the damaged item(s) we will despatch a replacement(s) free of charge.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods if you have found defect in your product purchase. We shall arrange the replacement of the new product free of charge upon confirmation of the defect.
